What does the Nordbeans roastery have to say about coffee?
Keramo washed is here! In February 2018, we travelled through the south-east of Ethiopia and visited many washing stations on that occasion. However, the Bombe organic certified plant in the Sidama region is particularly etched in our memory. As you may already remember, it is unique in that it concentrates most of its production on microlots, sorted by processing methods and villages in the area. And that includes Keramo! The village lies at an altitude of around 2200m above sea level and the local washed coffee is characterised by its strong herbal profile complemented by flavours of apricot, lime and green tea. So don't miss it!
