Thermometers

Preparing perfect coffee is a good alchemy. In order not to destroy the coffee when it is first connected with water, it is good to pour the coffee with water at the right temperature . If you pour the coffee with water that just cooked in a kettle, you just burn the coffee and you will not enjoy it. Coffee should ideally be water-fed with a temperature of about 90 ° C plus minus 5 ° C - it always depends on the particular preparation. If you are using a kettle, wait for at least 30 seconds to a minute - depending on the volume, how long the water temperature drops. The easiest thing to do, however, is to get a thermometer that you can always be sure of watering the coffee at the right temperature. The same applies to whipping milk into milk coffee beverages. Milk should not be cold but not burned. It is ideal to monitor its temperature directly during whipping.
