A small family roastery in Ostrava is a big dream come true! The Father's Coffee Roastery was founded in 2018 in Ostrava. The roastery focuses on every detail of its roasting and quality is its number one priority. New harvests from all over the world change their offer regularly. It is roasted on an American five-kilo roaster IR-5 from the company Diedrich Roasters. The owners also have experience as baristas and have worked, for example, at Berlin's Five Elefants.
