Jordi's chocolate

They started in the summer of 2010 in Hradec Králové as the Chocolate Salon - Jordi's chocolate. After hard work and education in the field of real chocolate, it was possible to build a small factory in early 2012 for the production of Jordis chocolate from the cocoa bean to the table . In 2015, due to the growing interest of customers, the factory moved to much larger premises equipped with a larger number of more powerful machines. It now takes about 2 days to make one Jordis chocolate. Jordi's chocolates have won many awards in prestigious international competitions. In 2012, Jordi's became the first Czech chocolatier to produce chocolates using the bean-to-bar method, which means that they control the entire production process from the raw bean to the final bar.

Jordi's prides itself on making chocolate without compromising on quality. They buy cocoa beans from small farmers from different corners of the world, including countries like Venezuela, Peru, Ghana, and Tanzania. The selection of raw materials is careful and focused on sustainability and fair trade. Each Jordi's chocolate is the result of a thorough process that takes approximately two days and includes roasting, grinding and tempering the beans.

Jordi's also regularly prepares limited editions that include seasonal flavors and special combinations such as chocolate with flower essences or exotic spices . These editions are only available in limited quantities and often sell out quickly.
