The small family chocolate factory comes from the town of Roanne near Lyon in France and was founded in 1955. Francois Pralus, the chief chocolate maker , calls himself a “chocolate adventurer” and has traveled almost every country in the world where cocoa is grown .

Francois Pralus is a chocolatier whose unconventional ideas have a touch and has already won numerous awards such as the “Grand Prix d'Excellence International du Chocolat” and the “Grand Prix du Festival International du Chocolat”.
