Bonnat Chocolate Factory

An ancient family chocolate factory from the town of Voiron in France was founded in 1884 . It is known for its extensive range of single-origin chocolates and bitter-milk chocolates with extra high cocoa content. The Bonnat chocolate factory has one historical lead : the first to design a range of table chocolates with 75% cocoa, where each chocolate is made from cocoa beans from a different country. These chocolates were called "single-origin" or "single-region" chocolates . The idea quickly took hold and is now being imitated by many manufacturers.

Cocoa beans are bought from the best plantations of their choice. They do not use emulsifiers (soya lecithin) and even natural vanilla in their single-origin chocolates. The result is pure chocolate with a rich and colorful range of flavors. Chocolates have won numerous awards at international competitions .
