This 55% milk chocolate is pleasantly buttery and smooth, made from carefully selected cocoa beans. Thanks to its high cocoa content, it combines the intense cocoa flavour of dark chocolate with the smooth, velvety texture of milk chocolate.
The quality of the ingredients is key for Stéphane Bonnat. He uses only: cocoa beans and pure cocoa butter without any vegetable fats, cane sugar instead of beet sugar.
