The mamacoffee roasted in Prague in 2008 as one of the first roasted coffee roasters and as the first roasted roaster in Central Europe. It was founded by Marta and Daniel Kolský , for which it was the impetus for the establishment of a trip to southern Ethiopia in 2007.
The roasted coffee chooses each year from the latest harvest of small farmers . Their offer is therefore seasonal and regularly changing .

Mamacoffee operates 7 cafes in Prague and its own craft bakery . In 2011, they established the Prague Coffee Festival , the largest coffee-based event in Central and Eastern Europe.
