Dejavu's espresso blend consists exclusively of 100% Arabica from Brazil and Nicaragua. We roast each coffee separately and mix the final ratio after roasting to bring out their unique flavour characteristics.
The first ingredient is washed Nicaragua Norlan & Uriel coffee from the El Progreso farm in the Matagalpa region. We have been working with the Chavarría brothers, who continue four generations of family coffee-growing tradition, since 2018. Their work combines respect for tradition with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in the quality of their production.
The second ingredient is a natural coffee from Brazil from our long-time partner Paulo Toledo. By working directly with no middlemen, we ensure fairer remuneration for farmers and maintain transparency in the origin of the coffee.
The coffee is suitable for espresso, espresso and moka pot preparation.
