Current information, we manage
⚠️ due to Christmas, the situation in transport is very demanding , we monitor the situation for you and continuously switch some carriers on and off for the most suitable delivery for you. Even with the current onslaught, carriers deliver more than most packages the next day . So you don't have to worry about delivery by Christmas!
⚠️ In order to manage all your orders, we do not allow changes in the order , but you can make a new one (also pay for it) and write about the cancellation of the original one, where we will return the money to you immediately.
⚠️ If you are from Prague, the fastest option is to pick up from us. Please place an order online to reserve the goods, pay for it with a card (you will shorten the issue time by 1/2) and stop by us. We are in Vinohrady (2 stops from the Museum) or at the dispensing point of the warehouse in Karlín, about 8 minutes walk from Florence .
✔️ We have doubled the number of people we pack and we manage to send 90% of the packages the day you order it.
➡️ therefore please be patient, especially with the carriers , follow your package according to the shipment number, we will not do more or know more about it.
How and when to order for Christmas from the web?
✔️ The last date for orders is 21 December at 11:00 , in which case the package should be delivered to you on 22 December . Why do we think that? Most people don't really leave it to the last day, and unlike previous days, carriers have at least a small capacity.
✔️ As a carrier, choose a Packeta or GLS, they managed to deliver in this way in previous years.
✔️ Choose card or cash on delivery as the payment method. If you want to pay by bank transfer , it depends on your bank, but you must order and pay 24 hours earlier.
✔️ Orders between holidays will be sent on December 29 and then on January 2.1.

The important information for you is that all the goods that are in stock on the website are currently in stock in Karlín and 90% in the store in Vinohrady . You can stop for it without ordering, but it is better to book it by ordering on the web.
