The loyalty program is our way of thanking you for regular purchases for registered customers. For each purchase you earn points, which can then be converted into a discount voucher in your customer account in the Loyalty Program section. 🎉 From there you generate a discount voucher, which you can also find in your customer account in the Word Vouchers section. You can then simply enter this voucher in your basket.
How it works, what I get 💰 = in short 5% discount on our coffee purchases
For every 0,8 € of the value of your purchase, you will receive 1 loyalty point, which is worth 0,04 €. You can redeem these points at any time on future orders to reduce the price as you wish. Points can be used when purchasing Our GourmetCoffee and GourmetCoffee Specialty.
How to redeem loyalty points 🛒

Shop - you automatically earn loyalty points for every purchase.

Go to your customer account and open the My Loyalty Points section.

Generate a discount voucher from your accumulated points.

You can find it in the Discount Vouchers section of your account.

Enter the voucher code in your basket on your next purchase and the discount will be automatically deducted.
Loyalty points are valid for 1 year after they are credited - don't forget to use them on time! ⏳💚
