Mamacoffee

The mamacoffee roaster was founded in Prague in 2008 as one of the first roasters of premium coffee and as the first ever fair roaster in Central Europe. It was founded by Marta and Daniel Kolský , who were inspired by a trip to southern Ethiopia in 2007. The coffee that mamacoffee roasts is selected annually from the last harvests of small farmers . Their offer is therefore always seasonal and changes regularly.

The coffee bean that ends up in your cup follows mamacoffee from the very beginning. A dignified and fair trade that guarantees fair purchase prices for raw materials in developing countries is key for them. Thanks to this, for example, farmers' children can go to school, modern slavery does not occur, and farmers can develop their farms and focus on better environmental protection.
