This chocolate is only for true connoisseurs! With a very strong bitter-sour taste and no sugar, just a pure cocoa experience.
The quality of the ingredients is key for Stéphane Bonnat. He uses exclusively: cocoa beans and pure cocoa butter without any vegetable fats, cane sugar instead of beet sugar.
He never uses soya lecithin, vanillin or artificial flavours. All products are 100% non-GMO.
