The naughty dog was founded by Petra Davies Veselá and Gwily Davies. Petra is a multiple Czech champion in coffee preparation, author of the Great Book on Coffee and trainer of Coffee Courses . In the roastery, he is in charge of selecting green coffee and works around. Gwilym is the 2009 World Champion, the owner of the Prufrock café , and since the training was no longer enough for him, he had a dream to start roasting . And that came true for him.
Peter and Gwil are inextricably accompanied by their two dachshunds, Jenny and Mája . And it is after them that the roastery is named. It focuses on roasting coffee from Africa and Central America . They prefer Ethiopia, Rwanda, but more recently Colombia or Costa Rica.
