319,20 CZK / 100 g
An imaginative tasting set that at first glance resembles a tiny library. It contains 24 single-origin Francois Pralus mini chocolates. In this tasting set you will enjoy the differences between the different varieties of cocoa beans (Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero) and compare the taste of chocolates from 10 different regions of the world.
What flavours can you look forward to?
When tasting, we recommend opening a world atlas and traveling with your finger on the map to the places of origin of the chocolate you have just tasted.:)
Francois Pralus loves to travel and personally selects the cocoa beans from the growers. He uses only pure cocoa butter, without any added vegetable fats, and cane sugar instead of beet sugar. He never uses vanillin or artificial flavours. All products are 100 ez the presence of genetically modified organisms.
