Improved version of the Baratza Sette 270W electric grinder from the American company Baratza with revolutionary grinding technology. The grinder is classically suitable for all grinds and espresso and has an integrated Acaia digital scale with an accuracy of 0.1 g. The Sette 270Wi version, however, features an algorithm for maximum grinding precision.
Baratza has launched an improved version of the great 270W grinder called the 270Wi.
This high-end grinder for home use offers extremely precise grinding coarseness settings not only for espresso but also for various alternative preparations. The "i" in the name stands for intelligence. Compared to its predecessor, the Sette 270W, the Sette 270Wi grinder now quickly calculates and predicts the stopping point when changing grind settings, coffee or batch weight. This eliminates the need to compensate manually.
In addition, the grinder can filter out various external vibrations caused by, for example, closing doors, people passing by or uneven surfaces, maximising the accuracy of the built-in Acaia scale.
The "quick burst" function then allows coffee to be added gradually in smaller batches even after the set dose has been finished.
In the case of updates, the software can be installed wirelessly (via Bluetooth) using an Apple phone or tablet.
