Specialty coffee from Brazil, roasted in the Czech Republic by Rusty Nails from Prague. A lighter roast, ideal for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press and other methods of coffee preparation. You can expect hints of hazelnut, cherry wine and red apple in the taste.
This project includes coffee from Fazenad Rio Verde that has undergone various processing methods. This 100% yellow Catuai tortoise was harvested on July 9, 2019 from Glebe C39. The coffee was selectively hand-picked and then processed using the traditional Natural method. After harvesting, the cherry was patio dried for 41 hours before being finished in a mechanical dryer for 75 hours.
