... that's how this news from Guatemala can be described in a nutshell. The Canaque Farm natural is bold, velvety, complex. It has madeus very happy and actually makes us happy every time we roast it or drink it.
The coffee is processed without the use of water (more or less) and even so, the quality of the beans, in size and shape , is excellent. On the Canaque farm, the craft is passed down from father to son and daughter, and María Vides, who currently owns the farm in the La Libertad/Huehuetenango area, is the third generation to grow coffee. We're crossing our fingers for her because her coffee is simply a hit.
