The Nicaragua Finca El Roble coffee is another of the coffees that the roastery brought back from Nicaragua in collaboration with Zuzana Cerna, three-time Czech cuptasting champion, and other members of their Nicaraguan team.
Kiev's praise from a small family farm in the region of Aranjuez. Thanks to the collaboration with mamacoffee, Dora and Miguel from the El Roble farm have learned to produce a wine coffee. They don't have to rely on the low purchase price of coffee at the local market or be dependent on the sale of vegetables and flowers from his farm.
