What does Mamacoffe Roast Coffee say?

Dejavu espresso blend contains 100% Arabica from Brazil and Nicaragua , which is roasted separately and mixed at a given rate until roasted .

100% Arabica Brazil Bananal comes from the family farm of our favorite Brazilian farmer and friend Paul Toledo Campos. This is the third coffee we have chosen directly at Paul's farm. In addition, we personally participated in the processing and collection of this coffee last year. Fazenda Bananal is the first farm that Paul's grandfather owned and where Paulo grew up. Over 5 hectares of farms occupy a forest that supports the species diversity of the surroundings. Coffee enthused us with its full body with sweet tones of yellow melon .

We have been personally and friends with the Nicaraguan farmer Byron Corrales for several years. His coffee farm Los Pinos (Pine) is an absolutely unique example of human coexistence with nature , which fundamentally influenced not only the conditions for growing coffee in the Matagalpa region, but also the lives of local people by improving drinking water sources and electricity.

Byron began growing coffee with his father during the Nicaraguan Revolution of 1986. Although he graduated from an agricultural university where he teaches only conventional farming, he decided to go on a natural path at the beginning of his farming career. On its 30-hectare farm, it has built a separate system for long-term ecological sustainability by linking plant, animal and other local resources . For fertilization, nutrition and plant protection it uses a wide range of its own processes and means, from its own compost to a unique biological control of growing coffee plants.

Thanks to his personal approach to every coffee plant throughout the year, his coffee is ranked among the best in Nicaragua every year.
