Farmer Don Senel planted his first coffee plantation at the age of 12 in 1968. His whole family works on the farm. The name coffee means "Stone Ax" in translation according to the small stones that were found here during planting. Effective ripening of cherries is achieved by planting various trees, thanks to which the coffee trees are protected from direct sunlight. Coffee cherries are fermented for 30-35 days to achieve ideal humidity.

Thanks to experimental processing , this coffee excels with its juicy taste full of fresh fruit and flowers . That is why we have included it in our series of discovery editions.
