Anaerobic coffeefermentation is no longer big news. It's a nice twist, and usually has a similar base, with a more pronounced fruitiness and flavour of cocoa, liqueur or whiskey entering the cup. Yes... it is quite a difficult task for us, the heroes of the roastery, to recognize when the extravagance caused by fermentation is still fine, pleasant, not disturbing and when, on the contrary, after the second or third sip from the cup it starts to get on our nerves... This is exactly where our new addition from Honduras walks the line, but with elegance and grace, entertaining us with its distinctive and novel taste. When you pour it, you'll be treated to a cocktail of exoticism! Sometimes we wonder what to write and what flavours to associate with what coffee, but here it's simple, chocolate covered bananas, cocoa and rum! A very distinctive flavour and our favourite in the field of original flavours!
