Vacuum jars prevent air access and delay the oxidation process of coffee and thus its degradation. Coffeevac canisters cannot exhaust all the air in the canister, but they prevent the release of aroma and the intake of new air.

If you would appreciate a slightly larger travel vacuum for your coffee, we recommend a 40g vacuum canister. However, the advantage of the 20g jar is its small size, easily fitting into a pocket or handbag. It is up to you how you use this small multifunctional box.
