The big news from the Japanese brand Hario is the incredibly elegant and yet very practical Hario V60 EVCG-8B electric coffee grinder.
The Hario V60 electric grinder will be appreciated by absolutely every coffee connoisseur who wants to grind fresh coffee directly into their favourite V60 dripper, or any other alternative method. You can conveniently grind your coffee directly into a Frenchpress pot, Aeropress, moka pot, dripper or vacuum pot.
It's a shame to store ground coffee, which is why we appreciate the system of always grinding a quantity that is immediately consumed. Simply weigh out the required amount of coffee, pour into the hopper and grind.
Thehopper of theHario V60 EVCG-8B grinder is classically designed throughout the V60 range. It has a UV filter and holds up to 240g of coffee beans.
Just as we've come to expect a perfect grind with Hario hand grinders, the electric grinder doesn't disappoint. The Hario V60 EVCG-8B grinder features stainless steel conical grinding stones designed precisely to ensure accurate grinding and minimize coffee heating.
The Hario grinder has 44 coarseness settings from coarse grind to finer grinds for the mocha pot.
With the grinder, you can either manually start the grind yourself or set the auto mode, where you just lean the dripper against the V60-branded bead, for example, and the grinder will automatically start grinding and then automatically stop when removed.
