The washed-up Bombe is back! Some coffees we simply love, and Bombe Village coffee is one of them! The mountain village of Bombe is the central processing point for organically grown coffee in the entire Bensa region. The farmers here place great emphasis on breaking the coffee down into individual lots, allowing them to control the entire processing process much more easily. This makes it one of the best coffees from the Sidama region. This is also why we take great pride in working with local farmers and why most of our latest Ethiopian offerings come from here. Enjoy the flavours of mangoes, apricots and peaches! For us, the return of this coffee is one of our Christmas wishes come true!
