Quality teas are selected for us by Peter , who goes round the world and the tea plantations, on which he chooses the most interesting. Its home destination is Georgia, which is a place of excellent black tea, and has already visited (and so will find us) Thailand, Vietnam, Kenya. All the teas are from small productions and collected by hand on tea plantations. You can use the tea kettle , but you can also use a frenchpress kettle . You will also appreciate stainless tea thermos or a high-quality digital tea thermometer to make sure you do not burn your tea. Does tea need to be stored? Then use the vacuum cups for tea .

History of Tea

So it probably won't surprise anyone that the first book about tea comes from China and dates back to 780 AD. During the Japanese historical period Kamakura (1192-1333), tea was even elevated to an art form and so-called tea ceremonies began to be held.

Europeans had to wait until the beginning of the 17th century for the celebrated drink. From that moment on, tea was no longer absent at many key historical events and accompanied the lives of a number of important personalities of political and cultural life. When we browse through historical sources at random, we find that...

revenues from the tea trade helped the British finance the Napoleonic Wars;
With a bit of exaggeration, we can say that the American War of Independence was started by tea, although it ended in December 1773 at the bottom of the sea in Boston Harbor;
Albert Einstein was accompanied by a cup of black tea during his calculations, interestingly, he only drank coffee decaffeinated;
Dostoevsky basically made his own tea, he was convinced that no one else could do it so well. He created his world-famous works sipping black tea;
