☕ Why fresh coffee? Our coffee is roasted every week , we do not store coffee beans for longer so that the quality does not degrade. This is one of the main differences between our coffee and coffee from the store, where it lies for a long time. Higher-quality Arabica coffee is more demanding to grow, has a finer full flavor and is more aromatic. Robusta contains more caffeine than Arabica, but its taste is earthy and bitter.

☕ Why fresh coffee beans? Only quality coffee beans are on offer. If the coffee beans are artificial, they should be consumed immediately. Then this quality and best coffee loses its aroma. Depending on the processing, you can buy either whole beans or straight ground coffee. If you don't have a coffee grinder, you can also buy one cheaply. Also various coffee machines for preparing fresh coffee.

What is the most important thing when making coffee? Well, the coffee beans themselves . Whether you have the best coffee machine or master ten different coffee preparation techniques, if you choose low-quality beans, you will not prepare the perfect drink. You can prepare a drink from freshly ground coffee beans both in and without a coffee machine.

That's why we take care to have the widest selection of grains ready for you . Whether you're looking for Arabica or Robusta, roasted or unroasted, fermented, lighter or darker roasted , you're sure to find something with us.

About seventy countries around the world produce coffee. But not everyone sells their coffee on world markets. Many countries perceive the production and sale of coffee as the top product of the economy and are dependent on sales revenue.

Which coffee to choose?

If you have only recently begun to penetrate the secrets of coffee preparation or are about to experiment, it can be quite difficult to choose the right one. What to decide? There are several criteria that must be taken into account .

Whole beans or ground coffee?

If the coffee beans are artificial, they should be consumed immediately. Eventually, this quality and best selection coffee noticeably loses its aroma.

For each coffee, you can choose the grind in the product details, we grind exactly according to your preparation method, because the coarseness of the grind matters. You prepare a drink from freshly ground coffee beans both in the coffee machine and without it. If you do not have a coffee grinder available, you can also buy it cheaply in our e-shop.

How fresh is the coffee? We roast for you every week.

Of course, freshness also matters for coffee. Whether the coffee is roasted or ground, the sooner it becomes a drink, the better. That's why we roast our Gourmet Coffee for you every week, so you can be sure of absolute freshness . This will of course affect the resulting taste. We also have decaffeinated coffee available.

Do you like Robusta or Arabica?

The first decision is to choose between the two types of grains we know. There are two basic types of coffee, Arabica coffee for short and Robusta coffee . All our coffees except India Cherry and the Pura vida blend contain only Arabica coffee.

Arabica coffee is difficult to grow and harvest. It is therefore usually more expensive, but has a full flavor and is strongly aromatic.
On the contrary, Robusta coffee contains more caffeine and is therefore much more bitter . Coffee is harvested green and roasted later. The end customer usually buys roasted coffee, but if you want to roast your own coffee, you can also buy green coffee from us.
