Mehmet Efendi
Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi has been producing premium Turkish coffee since 1871. This coffee is prepared from carefully selected Arabica beans sourced from Central America and Brazil. The beans are thoroughly roasted and very finely ground to ensure the perfect flavour and aroma.
To prepare Turkish coffee, the ground coffee is mixed with water and the required amount of sugar, then brewed in a pot or Turkish pot. It is served in small cups and allowed to sit for a while before consumption to allow the coffee grounds to settle to the bottom.
