Trung Nguyen coffee is different
Trung Nguyen coffees are very different from the classic coffees we know here, which is guaranteed to surprise you. They generally have a mildly earthy taste with a sweet chocolate aroma. In Vietnam, they are drunk with condensed milk, sugar and ice chips, creating a cooling drink with a completely addictive taste. Coffee is traditionally prepared using a Phin filter, however, it is possible to use a French press in the European version.

Why is the coffee ground?
If this question also comes to mind, believe me, there's a reason for that too. The coffee is ground directly in Vietnam using traditional technology, and this too gives it a specific aroma and the ideal coarseness for brewing in a Phin filter. Although this is against the classic gourmet's wishes, the coffee retains its specific aroma even in vacuum packaging.

I bought this coffee purely out of curiosity, along with a special filter for brewing it. I really liked it, and so did my friends. The taste and aroma are completely different from regular coffee; I’d best describe it as coffee cookies with chocolate. I enjoy it with condensed milk as a dessert.
This coffee has a wonderful chocolate aroma. The flavor is also chocolatey—very pleasant. You don’t even need dessert with this coffee; it’s a dessert all on its own. A wonderful change from the classic coffee flavor. Another favorite is No. 4—that one has an almond flavor.
What a piece of crap—not much of a coffee, really... I'd never even had or seen it before, but these days, this—and ground, too? The packaging looks just like Jihlavanka. Insanely bitter...
For me, this is the perfect coffee—not too acidic, not too bitter. I detect notes in it similar to high-quality cocoa. It’s best with condensed milk, but I also enjoy it on its own. The grind size is ideal for a traditional drip coffee maker.
