Preparation of Vietnamese coffee (briefly):
- Put about 3 teaspoons of ground coffee into a coffee phin filter and press lightly through a sieve
- Place the filter on the cup and slightly moisten the coffee with hot water
- After approx. 30 seconds you can fill the entire Phin filter with hot water and cover with the lid
- After about 5 minutes, the water will completely percolate through the coffee
- Remove the filter and enjoy your coffee!

I’m from Zlín, and the original shipment was destroyed in a fire at Building No. 34 on the Svit campus. Hello, I ordered a Phin coffee filter, and I received the package in less than 24 hours after placing the order, which is GREAT. But there are two filters in the picture, and I only received one. For 110 Kč and made of stainless steel, I get it, but I still think it’s a bit of a scam on the customer.
