The Naughty Dog
The base of the blend is Colombia from the El Diviso farm, which gives the coffee sweetness, more pronounced fruitiness and fuller body. It is complemented by Ethiopia, which brings lightness, purity and fresher acidity. Combining these two origins, the coffee has a juicy, candy-like fruitiness, but remains balanced and doesn't feel overly fermented or heavy.
The processing combines natural and washed methods. The Colombian part, naturally processed Ombligon, gives the blend a distinct sweetness, fruitiness and syrupy body. Washed Ethiopia, on the other hand, helps keep the flavor clean, bright and fresh. The result is a filter that is sweet, juicy and fun, but still easy to read and pleasantly drinkable.
