The Naughty Dog
The base of the blend is washed Colombia from Finca Las Flores by Jhoan Vergara - a producer known for his precise work and clean flavour profile typical of the Huila region. This ingredient gives the blend a lively freshness, a distinct citrus line and a firm, elegant texture. The other halfis honey Ethiopia from the Lalesa station, operated by Ephtah Specialty Coffee. It brings round body, juicy tropical fruit notes and a subtle floral note to the blend. Together, they create a flavour that evolves nicely - from the sparkling fruitiness to the sweetness to the slightly spicy finish.
Both coffees are united by their emphasis on clean processing: the washed Colombia brings clarity and structure, while the Honey Ethiopia adds depth, sweetness and a hint of caramel. The blend works well both on filter, where the fruity freshness shines through, and on espresso, which brings out the sweet and tropical notes. The result is a limited edition with a modern, playful and festive character - the perfect coffee to start the new year.
