The Naughty Dog
The special edition from Czech roastery The Naughty Dog will bring you into the festive atmosphere with a single sip. Coffee from the Colombian farm Chapatá in the Caldas region tastes like Christmas dessert in a cup - sweet, warm and rich. Aromas and flavours combine notes of gingerbread, chocolate praline, caramel fondant and subtle spices, complemented by a light fruity acidity reminiscent of red wine.
The grains come from an altitude of 1790-2200 m above sea level, where farmers grow the Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varieties. The volcanic soil, rich in minerals, gives the coffee its natural sweetness and depth of flavour. This lot has been processed using the honey process - the cherries are dried with a portion of the pulp, which imparts subtle caramel and fruity notes to the beans.
The coffee is roasted as an omni roast, so you can enjoy it both on the filter and in espresso.
A perfect choice for the winter season - fragrant, velvety and with a hint of Christmas.
