The Naughty Dog
Naughty Unicorn Blend #12 from Czech roastery The naughty dog combines the best of two worlds - natural coffee from Ethiopia (Gedeb) and Colombian Red Bourbon from Huili, which has undergone anaerobic fermentation under the supervision of farmer Nestor Lasso.
The Ethiopian component of the blend brings a subtle sweetness of milk chocolate, notes of yellow peach, forest fruits and elderflower to the cup. Thanks to the altitude of 2 150-2 200 m above sea level, the coffee has a complex and fresh character, typical of the heirloom variety.
Colombian Red Bourbon processed anaerobically gives the coffee a fuller body and an interesting layer of fruity complexity. Fermented in closed tanks without air, it develops sweet and juicy notes that enrich the blend with an intense flavour experience.
The result is a balanced and playful cup that combines chocolate sweetness with fruity freshness and subtle acidity. A great choice for all filter coffee lovers who appreciate the combination of sweetness, lightness and playfulness.
