This limited edition from The Naughty Dog is perfect for autumn days. On the palate you'll find notes of orange candy, subtle praline and orange wine, complemented by a nice sweetness and medium, juicy acidity. Thanks to the omni roast ro ast, you can enjoy it both on the filter and as an espresso.
The beans are sourced from the Lalesa (Gedeb) region of Ethiopia, where small-scale farmers grow the Dega, Kurume and Wolisho varieties at altitudes of up to 2,200 m. Processing is done using the slow dry method, which dries the coffee cherries slowly and evenly for up to 25 days. The result is a complex, clean and fruity flavour profile that stands out in every cup.
