Colombia - Wilder Lazo / Gesha

Wilder Lazo got into coffee in 2017 when he came to help his father on the family farm El Diviso in the mountain region of San Adolfo, Huila. With his knowledge of genetics and a great passion for learning, he quickly started an ambitious project - today the farm grows more than 12 varieties of choice coffee, carefully selected from different parts of the world. The coffee here grows in a pure mountain environment, in rich soil and under the supervision of innovative practices. One of these is anaerobic fermentation with lemongrass leaves, which gives the coffee a distinctive citrus and floral character. The resulting cup is fresh, slightly acidic and beautifully sweet - a real treat for fans of fine coffee.

Colombia - Aristobulo Rayo / Gesha

The Tolima region is one of the most important coffee regions in Colombia - characterised by its fertile volcanic soil, high altitude and strong farming tradition. The coffee here grows in conditions ideal for creating complex and elegant flavours. Aristobulo Rayo, a farmer who prides himself on precision craftsmanship and innovation, is behind this particular passion. His washed coffee reflects both the exceptional quality of the beans and the strong relationship between farmer and processing station. The beans are processed using the classic washed method - after dehulling, they are fermented for 24 hours in concrete tanks, then thoroughly washed and dried for 3-6 weeks on raised African beds. This process emphasizes the purity of flavor, subtle tea notes and subtle body typical of high-altitude, high-end gesha.

Ethiopia - Suke Quto

Behind Suke Quto coffee is Tesfaye Bekele, the visionary and founder of the eponymous washing station in Ethiopia's Guji region. He turned a place that was previously known more for cattle ranching into a world-renowned coffee region. He works with more than 170 farmers and uses their cherries to create unique batches of choice coffee. The station is situated at an altitude of up to 2,100 metres above sea level, which contributes to the coffee's complex, fresh and fruity flavour. Processing is done using the washed method, which ensures maximum purity and clarity of flavours. After fermentation and thorough washing, the coffee dries on raised African beds. The result is an elegant profile with subtle fruity and citrus notes typical of top Ethiopian coffees.
