Colombia
From Attia Farm, located at an altitude of1700-1900 metres, comes the coffee of Diego Bermudez, who is known for his emphasis on quality and innovation. He cultivates varieties such as Pink Bourbon and Caturra Chiroso - both renowned for their rich flavours and complexity.
YO5 anaerobic washing method - fermentation takes place in a closed environment, giving the coffee an intense, clean flavour profile with fruity and chocolatey lines.

Ethiopia
From the Yirgacheffe selection region comes the other half of the blend. The coffee here grows at altitudes of over 2,100 metres, where the long ripening of the fruit brings out distinctive floral and citrus notes with a subtle honey sweetness and a light tea finish.
Traditional washed processing - fermentation takes 24-48 hours, followed by washing with spring water and drying on African beds. The result is a fresh, floral flavor that blends beautifully with Colombian complexity.
