Specialty Tea - Matcha Superior will impress you with its premium quality. Only young, tender leaves from the top parts of the tea tree are used in the processing. Top quality is also ensured by hand picking the tea leaves. Matcha Superior has a milder, sweet taste with less bitterness and a higher content of amino acids, especially L-theanine.

This matcha is ideal for traditional preparation and tasting, while the basic matcha finds classic use in the kitchen.

Dosage: 1.5 g of powder per 200 ml of water heated to 80 degrees. Then whisk with a whisk (chasen). After thickening, add water to 200 ml. For a sufficient supply of antioxidants, two servings a day are sufficient. Store in a dry and cool place.
