Specialty Tea - Matcha Classic is a high quality powdered green tea ideal for everyday drinking. Leaves from the lower parts of the tea tree or a mixture of leaves of different ages are used to make the powder. Harvesting can also be partially mechanised. The taste is slightly stronger and slightly bitter, less delicate, which is suitable for cooking or mixed drinks.
Matcha classic finds classic use in the kitchen - in smoothies, in Matcha Lattes, for baking, etc. Matcha is very finely ground and fully dissolved.
Dosage: 1.5 g of powder per 200 ml of water heated to 80 degrees. Then whisk with a whisk (chasen). After thickening, add water to 200 ml. For a sufficient supply of antioxidants, two servings a day are sufficient. Store in a dry and cool place.
