Do you prefer less pronounced coffees? Then the 100% Guatemalan Arabica ADENISA (formerly FEDEPMA) is right for you. Your senses will be delighted by the subtly sweet, almost honeyed, taste of ripe fruit, caramel and aniseed. It tastes best in the morning or, conversely, in the evening, after a hard day.

Recommended preparation
The flavour and aroma of this fine Guatemalan coffee is at its best when prepared as an espresso. The coffee is more variable, so you won't go wrong if you prepare it in a mocha pot, drip or your usual way.

Why do we have this coffee?
ADENISA is a permanent fixture in the mamacoffee range. We visited the coffee plantations of the ADENISA cooperative on the shores of Lake Atitlan and the slopes of the San Pedro volcano in 2015. We know Carlos, Manuel, Pedro and their families and every year we enjoy a new, quality harvest together. In addition, since 2015 we have helped them open their own coffee shop and roastery in San Pedro Lago Atitlan. We also support their other projects to help the local Mayan community.
