The PID model offerstemperature control via a PID sensor that allows you to adjust the coffee extraction temperature (80°C - 100°C) and steam temperature (105°C - 120°C). The setting has an accuracy of 1°C. The PID display also shows the time since extraction started. In addition, it has an improved steam nozzle to prevent possible burns.
To indicate and control the pressure of coffee extraction, the machine has an analogue pressure gauge. The coffee maker also has an easily accessible control screw to adjust the pressure relief valve and thus regulate the extraction pressure. This screw is accessible by removing the top panel.
The coffee maker has a single chamber boiler with a capacity of 0.75l and is made of stainless steel. The entire boiler is insulated against heat loss.
The coffee maker is ideal for home use if you prefer espresso above all. It is also possible to prepare coffee with frothed milk, such as cappuccino or latte macchiato, but only if you make smaller quantities of these coffees. For more popular frothed milk drinks, we recommend considering a coffee machine with a double boiler.
