The Oda washing station in Uraga, Guji (Oromia), is located at high altitude where coffee grows in the shade of native forests. Around 1,800 small farmers supply their cherries, for which they received 35% more than average this year. This lot is a mix of Ethiopian Heirloom varieties, comprising hundreds of coffee trees. After hand sorting, the cherries are dried on African beds for approximately 20 days. Uraga offers beautiful landscapes and exceptional flavours.
