Preparation

  • Traditional: fill the calabash about 1/3 to 1/2 full with the mixture, pour in a small amount of cold water and let soak, then refill with water at around 70-80°C.
  • Alternatively: you can use a French press or a strainer - we recommend a short infusion so that the drink does not lose its smoothness or become too bitter.
  • For the cold version (terrine): steep in ice water or add ice and fresh mint leaves for refreshment on hot days.
