Cruz de Malta
This traditional yerba has been produced since 1874 by Larangeira Mendes S.A.
Cruz de Malta is one of Argentina's most important producers of yerba mate. It is constantly modernising its production and takes special care in harvesting to ensure the highest quality. The yerba is dried and stored for the necessary time to achieve perfect ripeness, unique aroma and characteristic taste - all while maintaining 100% natural quality.
Store dry.
Preparation in a French press/teapot: For 1 litre, use approximately 12 g of yerba mate, cover with water at 80 °C and leave to infuse for approximately 5 minutes.
