Pajarito
Yerba maté Pajarito ( Spanish for "little bird") comes from the area around Itapua. In Paraguay, yerba maté is considered a national treasure and has a long tradition. It is harvested in the traditional way. The leaves are stored for 20 months. This is essentially a natural ageing process in which the maté acquires its properties, flavour and colour. Storage is one of the most important moments in the production of Yerba mate, as it is during this process that it acquires its characteristic flavour and colour. The infusion is thick and dark. If you want to discover the true taste of Yerba mate, Pajarito is the right choice.
