From Ethiopia, it has spread to Latin America, especially Panama and Colombia, where it achieves exceptional quality thanks to the ideal conditions. It is renowned for its balanced flavour profile, which includes delicate floral notes, jasmine aroma and delicate sweetness.

This exceptional coffee is processed using the washed method, which emphasises the purity and clarity of the flavours. After harvesting, the beans are stripped of their skins and pulp, fermented and carefully washed with water, which enhances their refreshing flavours.
