Current information, we can handle it
✔️ We pack orders 7 days a week and hand them over to carriers even on Sundays, so you may receive a weekend order already on Monday. We manage to ship 99% of orders the same day if you order before 12:00.
⚠️ Even with the current volume, carriers deliver most parcels the next day. So you don't need to worry about Christmas delivery!
⚠️ To process all orders smoothly, we do not allow changes to existing orders. You can make a new one (and pay for it), then ask for a cancellation of the original order, and we will refund you immediately.
⚠️ If you're in Prague, the fastest option is pick-up at our store. Please place your order online to reserve the goods, pay by card (this shortens pick-up time by half), and stop by. We are located in Vinohrady (2 tram stops from Muzeum).
➡️ Therefore, please be patient, especially with carriers. Track your parcel using your tracking number, as we cannot speed up the delivery or provide more information.
How and when to order from the website for Christmas?
✔️ The last order deadline is December 22 at 11:00. In this case, your parcel should be delivered on December 23. Why do we think so? Most people do not leave it for the very last moment, and carriers have more capacity than in previous years. This applies to 90% of orders!
✔️ As your carrier, choose GLS or Packeta. They have reliably delivered at this time in previous years.
✔️ Choose card payment or cash on delivery. If you prefer bank transfer, it depends on your bank, but in that case you must order and pay 24 hours earlier.
✔️ Our store is open on all working days until Christmas. Between the holidays the store will be closed, we reopen on January 2, 2026.
✔️ Orders placed between the holidays will be shipped every working day. For example, if you order on December 29, you will receive it on December 30 ;-)
Store Prague - Vinohrady
It is important to know that all items listed as in stock on the website are physically in stock in our warehouse and in 90% of cases also in the Vinohrady store. You can pick them up without placing an order, but it is better to reserve them online.

When to order in Slovakia?
✔️ For delivery to a Packeta pick-up point, order by December 18, 11:00. Your parcel will arrive between December 22-23. You will receive an SMS once it is ready for pick-up.
✔️ For home delivery, choose GLS and order by December 18, 11:00. Your parcel will arrive between December 20-23. The courier will contact you.
✔️ In other EU countries, add 2 working days to the times above.
