Colombia El Diviso - Lemongrass
Wilder Lazo got into growing coffee in 2017 when he started helping his father on the family farm , El Diviso, in the Huila region of Colombia. With his passion for coffee and education in genetics, he created a program focused on more than 12 varieties of coffee that he carefully selected. The cherries here are grown in a pure mountain environment and processed using an innovative anaerobic fermentation method with lemongrass. The result is a coffee with a mild acidity and complex flavour that combines notes of bergamot and the sweetness of cotton candy.
Ethiopia Arsosala - The Jewel of Guji
This coffee comes from the Uraga region of Ethiopia's Guji region, where farmers in the Arsosala cooperative tend cherry trees that grow at an altitude of 1800m. Processing using the washed method brings purity and distinctness of flavours. Arsosala coffee offers a rich profile with notes of berry fruit, subtle bergamot and a hint of jasmine. The unique flavour characteristics make this coffee a real gem, ideal for lovers of fine coffee.
