Valentine's Edition is a limited edition coffee that celebrates the contrasts and harmony of Ethiopian flavours. It combines the precise purity of washed processing with the wild playfulness of anaerobic fermentation. Beans from the renowned Suke Quto farm are the base, complemented by natural Negele Gorbituprocessed anaerobically. The result is a complex, layered cup that continues to evolve and surprise.

Preparation:

The omni roast (medium roast) makes the coffee suitable for both filter and espresso.

Filter (V60, Chemex): tea body, raspberry fruitiness, subtle citrus

Espresso: syrupy body, caramel sweetness, chocolate fudge

Also works great in milk drinks, where it resembles raspberry yoghurt or chocolate dessert.
