This blend combines two distinctive coffees from different parts of the world. The first ingredient is Ethiopia Lalesa processed using the honey method, which brings a typical fruity lightness, sweetness and smoothness. The second component is Colombia from the Finca Milan farm, where the combination of washed and dry processing gives the cup structure, depth and stable body. Combining these two origins creates an interesting contrast between the playful fruitiness and the calmer chocolate line that naturally unifies the flavour. The resulting blend is sophisticated, clear and harmonious.

The processing of the individual coffees plays a key role in the overall expression. The Ethiopian component undergoes a yellow honey process, where part of the pulp remains on the bean during drying, which promotes sweetness, smoothness and a slightly sugary character. The Colombian coffee from Finca Milan combines washed and dry processing to deliver purity, structure and a firmer body. The careful blending of the two ingredients creates a cup that is sweet, fresh and balanced, without unnecessary heaviness or overly fermented notes. In this way, Naughty Unicorn Blend #13 continues the tradition of unicorn editions as a playful yet honestly built coffee designed primarily for the filter.
